Ahmadou Dicko, PhD is a trained statistician and a climate change economist. He founded STATS4D and works as a statistical consultant for international organizations such as FAO, UN OCHA or IAEA. He specialized in the use of data for development and humanitarian operations. Ahmadou is also an open source advocate, an Rstudio certified trainer and organize the Dakar R User Group.
